The Product (Ocushield screen protectors)

If you find the Ocushield screen protector is not right for you, just let us know within the first 30 day purchase period and we’ll help you initiate the easy refund process.

Customers can cancel their order within 24hrs; refunds will be made back to the payment method used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund to be completed.

Refunds will be made only through the original mode of payment.

Please ensure the product is in its original packaging and condition in order for us to give you a full refund.

Contact us via our contact page or email our customer care team at customercare@envisualeyez.com to arrange your return. As soon as your products have been returned to us, we’ll process your refund. Simple.

Refund information

Your refund will be processed only through the original mode of payment used to place the order, within two days from the notification of the return of your item.

If you used a debit card, you should see the money in your bank account within 5-10 working days. This can take a bit longer for credit cards, and you should see the money in your account within the same time period. Paypal can take up to two working days.
